GET fizzical at the Furleigh Estate at Salway Ash near Bridport with some Nordic walking on Wednesday, February 12.
Arrive from 11.15am for freshly roasted coffee ready to start your Nordic walking session at 11.30am.
The walks are led by qualified instructors, Julia Edwards and Paul Dufy from The Garden Studios in Bridport.
Julia and Paul are passionate about exercise being accessible to all, so whilst this is a fully body workout, you can set your own pace as you find your rhythm with the specialist walking poles provided.
The session includes a warm up and cool down session and finishes with a rewarding glass of Furleigh Estate’s award winning fizz.
The cost is £10 per head which includes the loan of the walking poles.
